    Description

    Vintage Paragon #A804 Tea Cup & Saucer Set Blue w/Gold Trim Rose Double Warrant. Condition is used. Selling As Is. I see no cracks or repairs, only scratches and shelf scuffs and marks on underside of saucer. The saucer also has a mark or smudge or something on the gold banding and has some paint fade. As I feel the edge of the saucer left side it has a tiny rough edge but it looks to be from gilding loss not a chip.  The bottom of the cup just has the typical shelf scuffing, and to be expected paint fade. Over all I would say the set is in very good vintage condition considering it was made (according to the warrant mark) between 1939-1949!  As always, please exam the photos closely as they are part of my description. The cup is footed. Both the cup and the saucer have a scalloped edge and are trimmed in gold with a large pink rose in the cream colored center.  The cup measures 2 1/8 inches high. The saucer measures 5 5/8th inches. The bottom of each piece has the Double Warrant By Appointment to H.M. The Queen and H.M. Queen Mary. Fine Bone China. Made in England. The style number is  #A804.  Not perfect, but very pretty!
